small bumps at underarms

its been a while since i had this problem. my underarm has little bumps on it. like a lot. and it makes my underarms look dark and ugly. there is no ingrowns and such, it just has little black dots. but no underarm hair.
what can i do to get rid of it?

I cannot confirm anything without examination,but it can be due to folliculitis. Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.
