small bumps on one hand

I was actaully wondering if anyone could help me. I have very small bumps on my left hand. They didn't start until after I was in the nursery at our church about a month ago. They started out only on my palm. Then they faded  & I thought they were gone, but then I had to go to the nursery again last night & they showed up again & spread a little to fingers. They look like small bug bites. They're the same color as my skin & a couple of the bumps have a small, dot in the middle that is slightly darker than my skin tone . They itch a little bit, but are not sore. I don't think its anything serious, but they do make me nervous.

I just noticed your message from last year, did you ever find out what the bumps were?  I'm having a similar situation.  They started on my right palm, and I just noticed they are now on my left thumb.
