My wife has been getting these clear fluid filled risings, that look like bubble under her skin, all over her fingertips.  She has been picking at them but I tell her to stop.  She says they dont bother her but her finger tips ar peeling and are turning red.  What is this and what can be used to clear this up?

Mild eczema, aggravated by biting.  I suggest vaseline and avoidance of biting (which is a hard habit to break.)  If that fails, let a doctor have a look for possible prescription of a medicated cream.

Best.
