small hard bump

i have some concerns on a small hard bump in my left shoulder. it looks like a pimple but its hard like a rock and deep in the skin tissue. i have done some research and came up with maybe its cyst. im hoping there is some home remedies i can do to make go away. can anyone help me with this? i have posted a picture its some what blurry its the reddish color bump in the middle

From the symptoms it looks like a cyst. They may occur anywhere on body but scalp, ears, back, face, and upper arm, are common sites for sebaceous cysts. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.

Generally no treatment other than warm compresses is required but they become painful then it means they are infected, then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.
