small lump on back of testical sack
i have squezzed this hard to no avail other than to make it really sore.i took pictures and they show a small round red hardening growth with a blackened round top.it doesnt really bother me unless i accidentally itch it or my underwear irritates it.

From the symptoms it can be an angiokeratoma. Angiokeratoma of Fordyce is a small dark red to purple raised spot which can be found on the penis and testicles in men and is composed of surface blood vessels (dilated capillaries).They are harmless surface vascular lesions that can usually be left alone.
