small rash

ok , about three days ago i noticed a small rash prolly dime sized on my inner thigh . looked like little pimples . its drying up now and the pimples are gone , now it looks like a drying up pink welt . at first i was thinking that maybe it could be from shaving but now i'm not sure . the situatipn is that for the past week i've shaved every day , which irritates my skin . and also have had very rough sex for the past week , and that has been rubbing my skin raw . i thought maybe that might have sumthing to do with it . i'm just hoping its nothing serious . please les me know what u think . i dunnno . a razor on raw skin or sumthin else
