small red bumps on penis head and shaft

i have had unprotected sex recently and not sure if this could be a STD. there are 2 at the head 1 between the shaft area and the head and 2 that arent red on the shaft. when erect the 2 on the head seem to inflame.. i feel no pain and they do not ich or irritate me.. and if i look very close the one between the shaft and head and one on the head seem to maybe have a small white dot in the center. i do masterbate often with vasoline. and they have been there for about 2 weeks. What could this be?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
