small red bumps on penis tip

I had unprotected sex a couple of nights ago and noticed yesterday that I have small red bumps on my penis head and foreskin (I'm uncircumcised). The bumps aren't heavily concentrated, about 1mm in diameter and do not hurt nor itch.  I have been reading up on this and it does not seem to be herpes, but rather some dermatological irritation. Can anybody give me any guidance on this?  Thanks.

Can you guys please advise what kind of clinic I should go to. I have very similar symptoms and I'm extremely scared.

I can say that this is not going to be STD related. You can try to post in dermetology or see a Dr.
