small red bumps on penis

i have small red bumps on the shaft after the head they have been there for about 2 weaks it hasn't got better or worse , they don't look like they're filled with puss or like an open soar they don't itch , burn or tingle . i had unpertected sex about 5 weaks before they showed up last weak she got tested for std and has none. it looks like a mild case of herpes but none of the symptoms . has anyone heard of this ?

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub,folliculitis,cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
