For about 6 months now, I've had these red bumps on my thighs. First there was one, then two. Now there's about 4. And 2 very tiny ones. Before this I noticed these I had 2/3 very small red flat dots on the right palm of my hand
of them right by my butt. She told me that it wasn't any sexually transmitted disease or anything. But the 2 bigger bumps on my thighs have reduced, they are just red flat spots
now. I am getting worrried because the ones on the palm of my hand are getting larger. They were barely noticeable before, but now you can defintley notice them.
Do you have any suggestions as to what it might be? I am getting very nervous.
Thanks so much!
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but I would like to rule out the possibility of erythema multiforme. It is a skin disorder due to an allergic reaction or infection and can effect children and young adults. Skin biopsy can be helpful in confirming the diagnosis. So please consult a dermatologist and get it done.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
