small red dots on penis

Hi,
I might have a found a similar problem. i had sex with my girlfriend today, not particularly rough or taxing sex, and yet it appears as though i have many little burst blood vessels around the head of my penis (on the surrounding skin not the actual head itself). these spots of colour are completely flat, numerous (maybe 20+ if i sat and counted) and slightly varied in size (maybe 0.5mm to 2mm) and seem to have very recently and quickly sprung up since earlier today. Though admittedly they could've possibly came from beforehand,i think it hard to imagine i wouldv missed them... they have absolutely no conditions other than their colour (a dark reddish brown maybe) they aren't painful or itchy or burning or anything like that - they aren't bumpy or anything and basically don't seem irritated in any way. however, they kind of shocked me. i just went for a pee and WAY there they were! i'v read a few of these blogs now and am calmer than before as they don't seem to be anything serious or any type of infection, but i would love NOTHING more than to know what the bloody hell they are!!

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be rash due to friction rub or petechiae. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist
