small red pimple like spot on my girlfriends vagina

i was looking at my girlfriends vagina after sexual intercore, and ive never noticed it before, probably because it wasnt there, but i noticed a small .. only red. pimple  like spot on the inside of her outer libia. it wasnt sore or painful, and it wasnt hard, it looked just like a small pimple. she didnt experience any pain when i touched it and hadnt noticed it the day before when she showered. it really dosent look like a blister, i was kinda freaked out but she didnt seem to be. but of course she didnt have her mouth down there by it.

she says she dosent have herpes but has never been tested specifically for it i have never been tested for it either.

she has never had unprotected sex with anyone else but me, and if i gave her something ill be devastated. is there any way anyone might be able to help clear this up a little bit i appreciate any posts and am sorry if this is in the wrong section.

im just really concerned at what this might be, a pimple? razor rash ? a cyst ? any help is appreciated.

i had this 3 small red pimples, no pain but  if i touch it feels bit itchy and like water in it can be pop out. Had is  the next day after a long happy masturbation. could that be because of the friction rub, because the pimples appear exactly where my finger press harder on my vagina lips..?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

the day after she showered? if she shaved the day before... its  an ingrown hair  callllm down  super common. especially if she wasnt freaking out. its really sensitive skin down there so ingrown hairs are easy to get and they look like pimples
