small scratches not healing.

The past while I've noticed that small scratches and wounds aren't healing properly. Rather than the skin scabbing or fusing together, it just stays irritated, separated at the tear and occasionally excretes a clear liquid in small amounts. I have not applied any sort of product to it. What could be causing this sort of drawn out healing?

Delayed wound healing is found in diabetes,obesity,malnutrition, taking corticosteroid medications prescribed for another disorder or condition, a weakened immune system and in heavy smokers.Pls check these out and get yourself evaluated for diabetes as it leads to delayed wound healing.
