small white bumps on upper lip

I had contact with something and 20 min later, notices small bumps on lips.  They grew, saw doc, said could not be std, too soon, gave oral medication, no change.  Saw another doc, thought Herpes 1, gave Valtrex, mabye cleared edges with use of abreva at same time after 9 days, but after stopped, came back.  Went to another doc, thought sebaceous hyperplasia or Fordyce's condition, gave oral, no change.  Saw another doc, thought it looked like warts, gave something like valtrex or viral med, no real change.  Went back, she is not sure, but gave Valtrex agian to try.  Now mouth, and especially tounge is white, looks like sandpaper, and is very sensitive to hot, cold, stains easy, and everthing tastes funny.  Went to have STD tests, and went to another STD specialist.  They did not think it was anything at all, active glands I have always had.  I would have noticed before, have not always had this, late 30's. any ideas?

I too have these small little bumps....... seem to be on the outer extreme edges on my lips and on the top lip in the center. I was thinking that it was some type of reaction to the petroleum based lipgloss......not sure.....however the dermatologist gave me a benzoyle peroxide 3%wash for my face.....not helping at all.....my fiance' swears that he is faithful......and I have never ever had any type of STD.......so I am very concerned as to what in the world this may be......it looks horrible to me.......any help would be greatly appreciated...........

Yes, Fordyce's condition--oil (sebaceous) glands visible on the pink background of lips.  Also, too many opinions.  I would go with the ones from the doc who thought this and the STD specialist who concurred.

Best.
