small zit like bumps and red line

about 2 weeks ago i was shaving "the girly" and noticed two small flesh colored zit like bumps up were my thigh meets my crotch...a few days later 3 more showed up in the patch of skin between my crotch and buttocks...then 2 more showed up on the outside edge of my butt crack [for lack of a better word]...i also have a dark red line about 2 inches long running horizontally about an inch about my anal opening...

at first i though the bumps were razor bumps or zits...but when they didnt go away i tried to pop them to no avail...they hurt a little sometimes when ive been sitting for too long and sometimes itch too...im scared they are some kind of STD but a week before they showed up i had a blood test to test for those...im scared because i am 8 months pregnant and i dont know wat they are...
i have no idea wat the red line is or where it came from...it almost looks like a vein but its tender to the touch and raised out of my skin...

any advice for any of these problems...i plan on talking to my doctor at my next appointment but id like to get some advice on this before then...

Hello,
It is not compulsory that the virus spreads by sex in adults. You can also be infected by touching things that have been contaminated by the virus. For example, by sharing towels or flannels that have been used by someone who has molluscum contagiosum.

Once one area of skin is affected the mollusca can spread to other areas of your skin. So I sincerely suggest you to get the diagnosis confirmed from a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but the flesh like bumps can be molluscum contagiosum. Molluscum contagiosum is a common, benign, self limiting viral infection of the skin. In adults, molluscum infections are often sexually transmitted and can transmit from one site to other skin sites by aoutoinocultaion. Treatment includes physical destruction or manual extrusion of the lesions, cryotherapy, and curettage.

I feel that you should consult a dermatologist and discuss this possibility with him.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
