some one help me please

i think i have scabies but i dont know i have what looks like a red blister on my elbow i feel like things are crawling on my legs all the time and after i get out of the shower is when its worse i hurdd that listerine can remove lice so i tryd that and like nits it looked like came off me in the shower theres a red dot on the head of my penis and when i shave my pubic hair i break out is there anything over the counter i can get im embarssed about this can some one please help me it feels like im gonna leak urine and stufff idk why but when im around ppl this gets worse iv been diagnosed with anxioty depressen anger and adhd the only things that make my symptoms go away well the feeling of crawling on me or loseing urine is pain killers and alchol

Of course you may be having scabies but then you must have got it elsewhere.Check with your roommate.You have excellent single dose medications,why not consult your doc?There is a condition parasitophobia see in some. why make your self nervous when help is at hand.Quit the worry and get treated.

i have had this problem for over a year so i have no idea how i got them if i have them but iv been to phsyicals and things and no docter has said anything they said my symptoms arnt life threatning well they are deffently social killing me iv had sex wit alot of girls in the past year and i havent had on complaint that i gave them anything idk understand why theres warm heat comming from my legs and soaks my pants and i sweat and somtimes i feel like theres somthing drippin down my leegs but thres nothing there deffently am not comfortable i cant be myself anymore i asked my mom to call the doctors a million times and she didnt and then my dad told my x girls mom i had a rash so that was very emberrrassing so i said it was just razor burn but she got tested and has nothing i dont know if she got tested for scabies but im sure some one would telll me i gave them somthing i justtttttt hate this its to the point  were i dont like to go pulic places im only 17 can i call my doctor an set up an appt myself or do my parents have to do it ? thank you for talkin to me imm goin crazyyy

it dosent seem like that cuz its been along time iv been going thru this i just need to know whats wrong wit me u know part of it is i dont know whats wrong if i new wat was wrong i can get treated but no one seems to know im gonna ask my doctor to check me for scabies my next appt

The crawling sensations on the legs are called parasthesia. Chronic paresthesia indicates a problem with the functioning of neurons.

Are you a diabetic or do you take alcohol?Parasthesias are common in alcoholics and metabolic disorders like diabetes, hypothyroidism, and hypoparathyroidismThey can also be due to peripheral vascular disease, vitamin B12 deficiency or malnutrition.

Get your blood sugar and thyroid hormones levels evaluated. You can take some vit B12 for some days and see if the tingling is gone or not.

In case the symptoms persist then pls consult a neurologist as it can be due to some neurological disorder.
