something like black heads on inner thighs & armpits.. help!

I have these blackhead-like things on my inner thighs and armpits. They are not really swollen, like a pimple. They are more like just a speck of dirt but when I squeeze them just a little of white putty like stuff comes out behind it. I have so many of these that if you rub my thigh you can feel them, it doesnt hav a smooth texture. They are very small but VERY unsightly! I try to squeeze them in the bath or shower but they never seem to fully go away & they are too many. They always come back. i wash & shower regularily .. Does anyone else have this? how could it be cured?

PS i'm 23 & i'm overweight ( ithink it could cause this.. but how can i get rid of it???)

I was just at the doctor yesterday and I have the same problem.  Although some of the pictures she showed me were much more severe than I have, the pictures of early onset looked exactly like mine.  

The condition is called Hidradenitis suppurativa.
