sore arm muscles and red rash under both armpits but not in the hair area, more on the outer edge of the armpits, it does not itch, arms feel achy, no fever, cold etc could this be Mrsa..they do not ooze and look like a heat rash almost

sore arm muscles and red rash under both armpits but not in the actual hair area, more on the outer edge of the armpits, it does not itch, arms feel achy, no fever, cold etc could this be Mrsa..they do not ooze and look somewhat like like a heat rash. Is it common to have a rash under BOTH armpits at the same time and it be the beginning of MRSA? All pics on the web look like boils or pimple and mine are more red spots.
