sore bumps on index finger

Picture attached. I've been taking anti-fungal meds and topical cream but it's not helping these bumps. I've had them for months. One bump on the knuckle is really sore when you touch or bump it, and I'm a guitarist so getting concerned. Any specific idea on what it is and what I could try, as I have to wait for a dermatologist for quite a while?

Thanks!

Guess the Elocom creme for a couple of days should be quite fine, later follow up with white soft paraffin. ok?

I posted here because I have to wait 6-8 months at least to see a dermatologist. Any non-prescription treatment advice will be appreciated while I wait.

Ok. I have some elocom lotion for my folliculitis DeCalvans, do you think that might be worth trying?

A pompholyx is an allergic reaction to fungus. Antifungal cremes do not help here.ok?

Thanks. For guitar there's no contact I just use a pick at the tip of my finger. I have possible ringworm on my other arm and I was applying cream to it with my index finger, so why wouldn't the anti-fungal meds help?

May be you are growing an early callus possibly relating to your guitar. Alternate diagnosis would be pompholyx relating to fungus elsewhere.ok?
