I get a sore penis head and foreskin after unprotected sex, followed by swelling and skin shedding (cheesy) of the head and underneath the foreskin, slowly for over a week then back to normal. this is more likely to happen after prolonged sex sessions. I have been std tested and came up clean. this has been happening for as long as i can remember. As it never happens whilst masturbating or with condom-sex I am wondering if I may be somehow allergic to vaginal fluid?

It is likely that this may be a skin infection of the region that you have indicated. This may not be related to masturbation, other than the fact that the lesion may have been induced by the friction and the infection.
Application of local antibiotic may help, however, in case there is a need for a definite diagnosis and treatment, consultation with a dermatologist would be the best course.
