This may be a superficial bacterial infection caused by Staphylococcus. I suggest that you have this checked by your physician. You may need oral antibiotics for this.
Prior to the onset of the skin condition, do you have any infections or flulike symptoms?
Do you notice similar lesions ( allow me to call them lesions) in the area ?
Refrain from unnecessarily touching or picking the area as this may only increase its spread if this is indeed a bacterial infection. Frequently wash your handsHand or foot spasms Hand tremor and wash your faceFace pain using a mild and bland cleanser. Do not apply anything until your doctor is able to assess this.
