spider bit

i think a garden spider bit me i guess.stiffness in arrm small bit is there any i need to do to make it better

If it's just a bite, the answer is no.  Of course, I can't say for sure that the stiffness is from a bite.  Spider bites usually just cause reactions at the site of the bite.  Is there a big red spot where the bite was?

Basically, what you need to do is decide if the stiffness is bothering you enough to have a doctor look at it.  If there is a red spot to indicate a bite, the swelling there will go down by itself.  If the stiffness persists, or of the bite site gets worse (purple, ulcerated) and gets in your way, show it to a doctor.
