spider bite

we live in new york city....by jamaica bay..on the water...about 3 weeks ago my mom was biten by a brown recluse spider on her foot....the doctors here have given her anti-biotic and such...and the swelling is going down...but there is still a red patch around the infected area..she has no temp..and her blood work was fine...he has told us ...that we must go to a dermatologist...there is no bursting of skin or ossing....canb yu recomend a doctor close to us...where in the 11414 area..howard beach..she is 86 and i'm worried about her ..can yu help..
