spider veins on nose

I have had this problem since my early 20's. Some doctors have told me it's from early sun damage, others have said it's a form of roscazea. I have had it treated with a with a process where apin was placed into the vein, and also with lazers-which is very exspensive. I work with the public, and very concerned about my appearnce. Recently, I've been using a cover-up called Dermablend. Is there any thing I could use or do to get rid of these? I heard vitamin K cream might help. I'm not a rich man. Thank you, g

Hi,
Spider veins, also known as “telangiectasias” or “sunburst varicosities,” are those small, bothersome veins that appear almost out of nowhere and can be difficult to get rid of.

These spider veins are most famous for developing on the face, around the nose, cheeks, and chin. Facial spider veins can be tricky to remove because facial vein treatments are often limited to Laser Vein Removal, since Sclerotherapy and vein removal surgery can leave permanent scarring.

Laser Vein Removal has become the preferred method of getting rid of spider veins. Facial spider veins in particular were once difficult to treat, but lasers and IPL have made it effortless.

The exact cause of spider veins can be hard to pinpoint, however, spider veins can be triggered by sun damage, hormone changes, pregnancy, hereditary, and rosacea.
You can try the vitamin k cream but its efficacy as a treatment modality for this condition is not established.
