spot on foot

I've had a spot on my left foot for a few years now. It doesn't itch, or bother me at all except at the sight of it. It is red/tan has bumps and seems to have gotten bigger over the years. No one around me has ever got something similar to it. What is it? And is there anything I can do to make it go away?
