This may be a post acne scar.
This may not be something very urgent,however for aesthetic purposes this may be a bit discomforting.
I suggest you see a dermatologist for this so the cause may be ascertained.Chemical peels and laser have been used for deep acne scars.Just avoid unncessarily touching the area.Only use a mild and bland soap to wash the face to avoid further irritation.
