spots on my back

hi i am 15
i have these irrating spots on my back they have gotten bigger over the past month they have been on me for 3 months and they are worrying me now i also have some appearing on my neck now and i think they are the same ones but they have spread they are very painful to touch and hurts if i lean my back against anythink also i have squeazed them and they wont pop they just keep hurting

These spots can be due to boils,infected sebaceous cysts or infected hair follicles. Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.
