spreading molluscum

I know I've asked a few questions about molluscum on here I'm just very ignorant to the virus. I had one more question... last night me and my Gf were making out and she got on top of me(clothes stayed on) I also had a thin sheet on me. Well I noticed when I moved the sheet on of my molluscum sores on my lower torso was out so and the scab from being burnt was gone(no blood or anything) is there anyway I can spread it to her threw a sheet and her sweat pants? We were pretty much dry humping I don't know if the friction causes extra things to factor in..I'm just nervous..

Molluscum being a viral disease is spread by touch and is contagious. They are the result of a viral skin infection that is spread through skin-to-skin contact, so the infection can often be passed on during sex. There is no way to prevent its spread.
