spring break bad decision

spring break bad decision

Had sex over spring break with a girl i had met only hours before, got drunk and made out.. one thing led to another.. anyway, now i am concerned, i know i was clean before, i have never had a single worrisome symptom.. this morning ( 6 days after the fact, we did it the night of st. patricks day in florida) i saw 2 little red bumps about 4mm below the head of my penis.. bright red.. when i got to work about an hour later i checked and they weren't as red as when i first woke up, but they are still there, just have to look harder.. plus i had a sharp pain in the right side of my stomach, as if i had been kicked in the testicles.. i know there is nothing i can really check this early, but when can i get checked? and should i worry with just 2 little bumps and a pain in my stomach that has now gone away?

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts  or genital warts(caused by HPV infection). If they form blisters or scab over then herpes has to be ruled out.

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thanks so much.. I have seen no other symptoms since the tiny red dots, they have now all but gone away, they are even smaller than before and are dark brown.. no other symptoms as of today, however, i do realize that some std's take weeks to manifest themselves, and it has only been 1 week and 2 days.. so i will keep you posted and thanks so much for your advice!

so i spent yesterday evening and last night throwing up and having diarrhea with muscle and joint pain with a headache and fever.. it has been exactly 2 weeks since exposure as of today.. so you can see why i am very worried.. it does say on average people are ill with the initial illness for 2 weeks, and i am pretty much done with the nausea, so that does make me feel better, but i am still having diarrhea.. here is a symptom list for hiv:

HIV Symptoms And AIDS is probably the most widely spread sexually transmitted disease. Although there is no specific symptom that indicates HIV infection, many people develop a non-specific illness 2 to 4 weeks after they have been infected. Fever, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle and joint pains, headache and sore throat can characterize this initial illness. On average, people are ill for up to 2 weeks with the initial illness. In rare cases, the initial illness has occurred up to 10 months after infection. It is also possible to become infected with the HIV virus without having recognized the initial illness. When the symptoms of the HIV are acute, the disease is known as the Acquired Immunodeficiency Virus (AIDS). This disease has no permanent cure.
