std? ingrown hair? helllpp?

okay so, like three days ago I noticed ONE blister like thing on the outside of my vagina.  It didn't hurt/itch at all to touch.  At this point it was raised and had a large white head.  So, like an idiot, I popped it thinking it was an ingrown hair and watery fluid came out followed by a small trace of blood.  Now it's kind of sore like, it hurts to touch, but i think it's healing.  I'm going to get checked out just to be sure.  My boyfriend says he's 100% clean, and i haven't had unprotected intercourse persay. but, i'm still really worried.  Could it be herpes or syphilis? or could it be something else?  i've had no other symptoms. could someone please help?

Hello,
It can be a small ingrown hair or a friction blister but the other possibility of herpes also needs to be ruled out. Most individuals have no or only minimal signs or symptoms from HSV-1 or HSV-2 infection. When signs do occur, they typically appear as one or more blisters on or around the genitals or rectum. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers (sores) that may take two to four weeks to heal the first time they occur.

I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
