they are small red lumps mainly on thighs, bum and groin. they seem to come to a head and some can been popped and give a small amount of white discharge, then turn into scabs and take ages to heal. recently i have started to get them on my back also. I also get an ocasional sharp tingly feeling in my penis usualy after masturbation or sex?
