Having a blood test for sjornes syndrome - not sure I have it - but will also get a lip biopsy iof necessary
Hi,
Nasal polyps can recur after a period of time. This could lead to acute or chronic sinusitis which can lead to the saliva changes. Other differentials would be chronic allergic rhinitis or allergic causes. If chronic sinusitis is diagnosed, a course of oral antibiotics or steroids can be considered. It is good that your ENT evaluation, xray, blood tests and ct scan were fine.
It would be best to have this evaluated by your doctor for proper management. Drink plenty of fluids and allergic testing may also be done. Take care and keep us posted.
