sticky shinny perianal skin

what wouls cause sticky shinny skin around the anus which then starts to feel caffed

Hello,
One of the reasons for the perianal skin to be sticky and shiny is pinworms. The other possibilities which I can think of are moisture(due to sweating or frequent washing), the abrasion caused by clothing,the pressure of sitting and sweat dermatitis.

Use some mild soap like Dove. Also use cotton clothes and change the clothes twice if there is any increased sweating. Try keeping the skin free of sweat as far as possible. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort after consulting a dermatologist.
