sticky testicles

I have a similar situation only that my testicles are sticky and hanging low.. no irritation, sometimes the skin layer of testicles breaks in a area and a fluid leaks out but only last for few mins like 10-20 mins with irritation and itching....FYI..5 days back had a surgery for fluid leaking out from skin near the tail bone at back.(called Pilonidal sinus). Please Help!!!
