I am a 28 year old 6 2' male of medium build and have developed stretch marks on my buttocks and now on my legs, they get more pronounced as i get older what can i do?

"Stretch marks" actually occur in non-stretch situations, such as in athletic young people who are neither obese nor pregnant (as I assume you are not . . .)
Although cure is elusive (the lower levels of skin are involved, and external treatments are ineffective), Retin-A cream can help make the redness subside faster, to leave the less-obtrusive white color of burned-out stretch marks.
