subacute spongiotic dermatitis

Well not too long ago my husband was diagnosed with subacute spongiotic dermatitis. Well from looking at the topics and titles for questions it doesnt seem alot of people have this skin condition. Anyway my question and consern is that can this skin condition and chronic pain be connected? Right after they diagnosed him with subacute spogiotic dermatitis and it started clearing up he started having non-cardiac chest pain,back pain,arms,legs, and knee pain. I've also noticed trouble thinking sometimes and memory problems. I mean he's only 23 this just does'nt make any sence for him to be having all this stuff wrong with him. I'd really appricate anyones idea of what might be causing this.
