about the size of a dime, but not perfectly round. Lately, when rubbing my cheek, I noticed that it felt thick, not really on the surface, but underneath it. The whole area of the sunspot now has a thickened mass under it.....not visible to the eye, but can be easily felt. Should this be of concern? Thanks.
