sweat

i have really bad sweat, i mean REALLY bad i'll be sitting down at the computer FREEZING cold and i'll feel  my armpits drip i mean really dripping sweat and soaking through clothes WHAT DO I DO!!!

How long have you had this condition?

Do you have similar symptoms in your palms or any other part of your body?

This maybe a condition called Hyperhidrosis. This may be anxiety related, food& drink related or due to a disorder in the sympathetic autonomic nervous system.

A thorough evaluation and tests may be needed and therefore a visit to your doctor to ascertain the diagnosis is warranted.

In the meanwhile, you may use antiperspirants which has Aluminium chloride. You may also avoid certain substances such as tea, coffee and caffeine drinks. Maintain hygiene and wear cotton clothes.
