swollen lymph nodes and itchy scalp

I noticed 2 swollen lymph nodes on the back of my neck...i also have been having such an itchy scalp itchy underarms and on my breats and by my upper thighs in between my legs but not on my vagina i cant stop scratching..could this be a sign of cancer?... i have had this for 2 1/2 weeks now and am afraid to go to the doctor.
My husband died of cancer and it started with swollen lymph nodes in the side of his neck and i am very afraid. could it just be lice or something simple like that? please help.

I forgot to add that seborrheic dermatitis,a form of dandruff can involve all these areas and cause cervical nodes. Do consult your doc. ok?

I always rule out Pediculosis capitis (lice) in such lymphadenopathies. Do not worry and get treated.
Cheers!
