Hello,

Various methods of treatment of syringomas are there. Treatment depends on the size, number, and type of skin that is being treated.

The various modes of treatment include surgical excision with primary suturing,scissor excision with secondary intention healing,electrocautery,electrodesiccation and curettage,carbon dioxide or YAG laser ablation,cryotherapy,dermabrasion and trichloroacetic acid.

Pls discuss these options with your dermatologist and see which one works the best for you.
