testicle itch very depressive

i had anal itch for two years mostly at night, firstly i thought i had worms but i had hemorrhoids i used hepathrombin H medication (supposed to cure hemorrhoids) capsule and creme though they helped me, anal itch was gone in 10 days but during the treatment i started getting testicle and penis itch specially the testicle and arena near testicle is very irritating, i get itchy mostly at night just the same i had anal itch problem

Since the itch is present mostly at night, fungal infection, pinworms and scabies need to be ruled out. Scabies is an infestation of the skin with the Sarcoptes scabiei mite. It is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.
Pinworms is a helminthic infection and for confirmation of the same you need to get an evaluation done from a physician.
