this is a repost sorry but i can't find where i ask for advice before so i can't look for responses anyway i am 42 years old and have extremely thin skin i get bruises
(looks like blood blisters) under my skin and dont even know when i do it just look down and there it is. it is very embarrassing takes so long to heal. my arms are all that is affected my arms look like a very elderly person you may have seen with red marks all over their skin. does anyone have any advice my doc says nothing can be done just thin skin. please any advice or anyone suffering with this problem please post back i would appreciate it so much.
. While you are there, ask them to help you find a good multivitamin/mineral supplement. Maybe you can get healthier and not be so fragile. I have lots of food allergies, so I think diet is very important too.
