third degree burned

Last year in September 2009 I got a third degree burn. My pants lighted on fire and I got a small third degree burn about the size of a quarter on my left front leg. It was painful and my skin underneath was white. I applied antibiotic and cleaned it twice a day. Now, after several months the burned area looks readish and I don't know if it's not healing properly. I'm very depressed and I can't find a way to cure it. Can someone help me please?
