time & again pleva

I m having PLEVA ( diagonized by biopsy). Doctors advised me many medicines.I took Tetracycline initially for three months (showed recuperation)and then stopped for a month.Then i again took it for six months but it was as if i took nothing.  Then i took other medicines and recuperated but after stopping medicine for just two or three days ,it abruptly engulfed my body except face. Now I m continiously taking medicines for last 2 years.I cant stop even for two days as it again covers my body.And it is present on my body right now also.Only thing what happens is that its intensity decreases or increases. It caused me nervous problems including trembling of hands,arms.   What should I do and WHat is expected to happen in next 2 to three years
