Hi

Vitiligo are stark white , well delineated white patches of skin. For white discolorations, vitiligo may be a differential. It is important to note where these patches are found. Vitiligo may affect the genitals, both hands (as they occur symmetrically) and even the face. I suggest that you have this assessed by a dermatologist for a full assessment. Other differentials may be a fungal or a yeast infection. These conditions may present with hypopigmentation and slight central clearing. They may also itch. Vitiligo does not scale and does not tan on sun exposure due to lack of pigmentation.
