My son has these blisters that come every year between June and October they have clear fluid if they bust and leave a red or pink spot on his leg. he is now 11 but this started at age 1 and the only thing I that was different as a child would be problems with all milk formula.
Your son seems to be suffering from dyshidrosis. In this condition there are small blisters on the feet .There is sudden onset of many deep seated pruritic vesicular blisters usually triggered by anxiety, stress, and seasonal changes. The treatment includes antihistamines, topical steroids, dapsone etc.Consult a dermatologist. That will definitely be helpful. I do hope it helps.
Take care and regards!
