tiny blisters

I have tiny blisters on my upper arms that itch like mad.
They are not infected and do not seem to be spread from one to the next.
I can scratch them and release the fluid, which is clear and they just scab over.
They still itch after this has occurred and I often draw blood scratching them.
They do eventually heal over, but I always seem to have some.
They only occur on my upper arms.
What are they???!!!!

Hi,
I think according to the location, and your explanation of the condition it could be Keratosis Pilaris.
Keratosis Pilaris is characterized by small red bumps that are raised on the skin like goose bumps.
This condition is hereditary, and commonly found in people with very dry skin and/or a vitamin A deficiency.
I think you should consult a Dermatologist.
He might prescribe you some lotion.
Good luck
Bye
