. i got this tested and it went away and they said it was just caused by friction. so i thought my troubles were gone when i started having pain a couple days later towards the head
of my penis. my family doctor said it was a male yeast infection. I am circumsized. i went through a couple of creams such as over the counter lamisil and perscription ketoconazole. These did absolutely nothing so he sent me to a urologist. The urologist also thought it was a male yeast infection and i took dyflucan 100mg for 21 days while i also followed a decent candida diet. There was no progress to be shown. I also found later that my girlfriend had a yeast infection. It is now 4 or 5 months later. Everytime i have an erection there is pain and i've notice tiny slits almost like papercuts on occasions. I have recently been to the dermatologist and she says she doesnt think its a yeast infection but she thinks it could be eczema. She is having me put vaseline on my penis for 3 weeks and covering it with gazz wrap to try to heal it.. my family does have a history of eczema and i do have a slight case of it on my arms during the winter...
now for my questions:
Is it possible i had a yeast infection and got rid of it and now its just irratated/eczema/allergic reaction now?
do you believe using a candida diet helps fight a yeast infection if i even have one?
would masterbation (masturbation) effect it at all?
any other possibilites of what this could be?
anything to avoid when attempting to get rid of this?
if u had to make a guess.. what do u think it is?
i am uncircumsized and i have the same thing. one exception, when i pull my foreskin down there is white stuff that resembles tissue paper that is rolled when wet. my gf has been reported to have yeast infection. i washed really well and make sure i am dry. i do this often. there is no foul smell. just tiny micro cuts. around 20 of them.
