tiny red dot on hand attached photo

Hi,

I have had a tiny red dot on my right hand near my thumb for a while now and just recently noticed another red dot on my same hand near my knuckle. I have been curious what this dot is, does not itch or hurt or anything it is just there. Not sure if it could be related to the supplements I take. I take New Chapter Mens Multi V and 5000 IU of Vitamin D a day. I attached pictures so you could get a better visual please help!

It can be a small nevus under the skin or Janeway’s lesion which is a non-tender, small erythematous lesion on the palms or soles only a few millimeters in diameter that are suggestive of infective endocarditis of the heart. I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist and get this possibility ruled out.
