tiny spots on face

by manbir, Apr 30, 2006 12:00AM
dear doctor, really worried.  been noticing small spots(raised) like tiny moles appearing on my face.  one on my eyelid which is round (tiny)and black.  the others are on my cheek and are so tiny they almost look like beauty spots.  but they're not . they r also slightly raised.  trying to explain best as i can.  i'm so worried that it could be something horrible.  i can't think properly right now.
they r like tiny black dots, slightly raised.  i don't have a lot of sun exposure nor do i tan.  pls help.

They sure don;t sound horrible to me.  They may be moles, oil glands, or a host of other things that mean nothing.  I suggest you see a doctor in person so you can stop worrying.

Best.
